GSFA ARP Program
This guide provides resources for Approved Developers participating in the GSFA Advanced Rebate Payment (ARP) Program. It includes the information, forms, and procedures needed to submit and manage active ARP projects with GSFA.
This guide is intended for use by Approved Developers and contractors working on existing ARP projects only. If you have questions regarding an active project or the program, please contact GSFA by email at .

Bridge Financing for Developers
GSFA Up-front Funding for Developers Accessing the SGIP-ERB Incentive Program
Bridge financing through GSFA eases the burden of up-front funding for Developers.
Program Overview
The Self-Generation Incentive Program – Equity Resiliency Budget (SGIP-ERB) under the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) provides incentives to cover the cost of equipment and installation of energy storage technologies to customers in California who live in Tier II or Tier III High Fire Threat Districts (HFTD) or have had two or more Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) events and require electricity for medical, health and safety.
